I would highly recommend using Pineywoods Residential Home Inspection services. Let me start out by saying the owner of Pineywoods home inspection, (Mark Little), completely stepped out of the box, three time for me. I contracted Mark Little to come in to inspect a house that I was under contract in Alto Texas, unfortunately while Mark Little was in route to inspect the house, I got a call from my realtor and she told me the homeowner received and accepted another written offer on the Alto house. In a panic my realtor called Mark and cancelled while we sorted through the other offer details. Mark refunded me the inspection costs without hesitation. A few days went by , we sorted through the contract on the house, and again with only a few hours notice, I contracted Mark to go in , inspect the house, he spent 5 hours going through the home and had my inspection report the same afternoon, and spent a couple of hours on the phone with me going through the report.
I would never think of using anyone else besides Mark Little and Pineywood Residential Home Inspection for home inspection in the Nagadoches Texas area. He is a true southern gentleman.

I used Mark, owner of Pineywoods, based on Google Reviews I deemed legitimate and I feel extremely lucky to have chosen him.
He was very thorough and communicated well during the entire process. He was educational in his explanation of everything. This was the 3rd home inspection I personally had in my life. Additionally, I used to be a realtor in another state for 25 years and have been present for many home inspections representing both buyers and sellers and he’s the type of inspector that a buyer, seller and realtor can have the highest degree of confidence in for a thorough and accurate assessment of a property’s condition. He has the specific tools and test devices to make sure your home inspection is as complete and thorough as possible and he doesn’t rush through the process. His job is to point out issues of concern which he does without being an alarmist as he differentiates between what he recommends you take care of soon or monitor for the longevity of your property and components.
You get a detailed report with pictures and videos if appropriate.
You can also be assured he is not going to pass on contact information so you won’t have to worry about pushy marketing from unwanted sources.

I live in another state from the home that was inspected by Pineywoods. Upon requesting service from the website I was PROMPTLY called, and had an appointment scheduled in 48 hours from the request! If that isn’t enough, he offers additional testing for moisture and home leveling at no additional cost!! The home inspection report I received was sent to me the same day, EXTREMELY easy to read, complete with pictures of EVERY issue and videos when applicable. I have purchased three other homes and have never had such a thorough report. There was literally no stone unturned, which I loved, being the buyer. I can’t recommend this company enough. Very professional, timely, and friendly. Worth it!! By the way, the other company I called, got in touch with me two days AFTER I had already received my report from Pineywood. 😉
